Roomvi — AI House & Home Design · Effective August 1, 2026

By using Roomvi (“the App”) you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Roomvi generates interior design visualizations from photos, floor plans, and sketches you provide, using AI image models. Results are artistic visualizations — they are not architectural, engineering, or construction advice.

Your use of the App is also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

Your Content

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You grant us the limited license needed to process them and deliver your results. You confirm you have the right to upload the images you submit, and you agree not to upload unlawful or infringing content. Generated designs are yours to use personally and commercially.

Free Tier and Subscriptions

The free tier includes a limited number of generations, replenished daily up to a cap.
Roomvi PRO is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly or annual) purchased through your Apple ID. Prices are shown in the App before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Manage or cancel anytime in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Fair Use

Generation limits exist to keep the service fast and affordable. Attempting to bypass limits, automate requests, or abuse the service may result in restricted access.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is”. AI results can be imperfect or inaccurate, and availability of the generation service is not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

Changes

We may update the App and these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
