This Privacy Policy explains how Roomvi (“the App”, “we”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the App.

Information We Collect

Photos you upload. Room photos, floor plans, and sketches you submit for redesign are uploaded to our servers to generate your results.
Generated images. The designs the App creates for you are stored so you can revisit and refine them.
Anonymous account identifier. The App creates a random identifier stored securely on your device. We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number to use the App.
Purchase status. If you subscribe, we receive your subscription status from Apple to unlock paid features. We never see your payment details.
Diagnostics and usage analytics. Crash reports and product analytics events (screens opened, features used) that help us keep the App stable and improve it.
Marketing attribution. If you arrived from an advertisement, we receive attribution data from Apple’s SKAdNetwork and our measurement partner so we can tell which campaign brought you. If you decline app tracking in the iOS prompt, no advertising identifier is used.

How We Use Your Information

To generate your interior designs — after you explicitly allow AI photo processing in the App, your selected photo is processed by Roomvi and fal.ai solely to produce and store your requested result.
To keep your design history available across sessions (“My Rooms” and step-by-step refinements need the original photo).
To operate fair usage limits and subscriptions.
To fix crashes, measure which features are used, and improve the product.

Photo Retention

Your photos and results are stored privately and are visible only to you. They are kept so that your history and refinements keep working, and are deleted when you delete them from your history. Inactive anonymous accounts and their content are automatically deleted after 90 days of inactivity.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Before a selected photo is sent for AI processing, the App identifies Roomvi and fal.ai as recipients, explains the purpose, and asks for your explicit permission. If you decline, the photo is not uploaded for generation. You can revoke that permission at any time in Settings.

Your Rights

Depending on your region (including GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. You can delete an individual design from its result screen or erase all photos, designs, and usage history with “Delete My Data” in the App’s Settings. Inactive anonymous accounts and their content are also automatically deleted after 90 days. For any request, contact us below.

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled storage. Result links are private and time-limited.

Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above always reflects the latest version.
